Payment Policy

Payment by Visa or Mastercard is a surcharge of 2%
Payment by Amex or Diners is a surcharge of 4%
1st nights accommodation will be charged in full to confirm booking.
Balance on arrival before check in, except for special events and groups where balance is payable in full 30 days before arrival.
Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY. If cancelled before 7 days before arrival - a $25 cancellation fee will apply, less than 7 days the first night is non-refundable. Events and promotional room rates/offers a no cancellation policy applies, which means no refunds or changes permitted. All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing.

Child Policy

Up to 5 year olds stay free unless you require a portacot ($25 per night). 5 years and upwards are charged as an adult.
Swimming pool use is conditional on children being supervised by a responsible adult within the enclosed area.

Check In Policy

2pm Check in, unless otherwise arranged before arrival, if possible - Sorry we cannot guarantee early check in but may store your luggage.

Vaccine Pass

Palm City Motor Inn reserves the right to ask every guest and visitors of guests to show proof of their vaccinations. A Vaccine Pass is not mandatory to stay with us but we may still ask for it. We highly recommend you are fully vaccinated and can show proof in the form of a Vaccine Pass on arrival. All our staff at Palm City are fully vaccinated.

Other Policy

Behaviour
No noise after 9pm or before 7.00am. If management considers your noise to be excessive or offensive to other guests, you will be asked to turn it off or down before curfew. To ensure all our guests have a great holiday, we expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times, to other guests, staff and management. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person and to remove from the motel any person, which in their opinion, does not conduct themselves in a decent and reasonable manner. No refund will be made in such circumstances.

Damage
Management will charge additional costs for damage and/or additional cleaning required to the property.

Pets
Sorry, we do not generally allow pets however, please discuss your requirements with us. We do our best to accommodate animals providing disability assistance. If a pet is taken into a unit without our express consent, a commercial cleaning fee may be charged.

Smoking
We are committed to providing all our guests a smoke-free environment in all indoor areas (including around the pool and the kiddies play area). Any breach of this policy will result in a commercial cleaning fee being levied.

Visitors
You may have visitors in your room, however they must vacate the premises by 9pm. Visitors will need to park their cars on the street.
