Palm City Motor Inn provides a complimentary car park for each unit. Please park in your unit numbered space. See reception if your require addition car, boat or trailer parking.
We ask that your visitors park on the street and that you welcome no more than 2 visitors at one time unless arranged with reception.
Our 2 Access Units are wheelchair accessible with a queen bed and open shower.
At Palm City Motor Inn we welcome families and children. We have a small children's play ground on site comprising of a play house, slide, swings and trampoline.
Baby sitting can be arranged with sufficient notice. Please enquire at reception.
Normally our room rates do not include breakfast, however, from time to time we may offer a special promotion including breakfast. Breakfast (cooked or continental) is available Monday to Friday. Continental breakfast can be delivered the night before by prior arrangement.
During peak season (Christmas period) and public holidays only continental breakfast is available. During this time breakfast is required to be ordered before 7pm and will be delivered to your room the evening prior.

All units have fully equipped kitchenettes or kitchens. All are fully stocked with glassware, crockery, cutlery, bowls, and all utensils needed for daily living.
All units also have a fridge, microwave kettle, coffee plunger & toaster.
All units are services daily from 9am. If you do not require a service please place the 'no thanks' card in your window and we will not disturb you.
If you have a maintenance issue (eg. blown light bulb) please let us know so we can rectify the matter.
Sorry, we do not generally allow pets however please discuss your requirements with us. We do our best to accommodate animals providing disability assistance.
If a pet is taken into a unit without our express consent a commercial cleaning fee may be charged.
You may have visitors in your room however they must vacate the premises by 9pm. Visitors must park their cars on the street.
Free wireless internet is available in all our units and conference room subject to conditions.
Photocopy service is available from reception at 20c per page.
Absolutely - we have a conference room on site that can accommodate up to 30 delegates and our on site restaurant is available for larger groups.
We can also provide catering for your conference.
If you leave any property behind we will always secure it and arrange its return on receipt of postage or courier fees. Please call reception on (06) 835 0005 to alert us.

Yes, our guest laundry is open between 8am and 9pm. The use of the washing machine is a complimentary service for our guests. If you need washing powder this available at $2 per wash load.
The guests' clothes line is located behind our conference room or alternatively a clothes dryer is available at $2 per half hour.
An iron and ironing board is available in every unit.
Our restaurant is open Monday through Thursday evenings from 5.30pm. The restaurant is restricted to resident guests who are welcome to also invite guests and/or business colleagues.
Room service is also able to be ordered from the restaurant during opening hours.
As this is a guest restaurant at times of low demand the restaurant may be closed.
The swimming pool is provided for the enjoyment of resident guests only and use is conditional on children being supervised by a responsible adult. We require that the pool is vacated by 8.30pm.
